Your personal training experience will begin with a complimentary health consultation held at a time and place that suits you. Everyone has different needs when it comes to personal training and this session is designed to spend time understanding not only your needs but also your wants and goals. 

Following your initial consultation, your first Personal Training session with Tay Fitness can be booked. I will design a program specifically for you based on your lifestyle, health, fitness and ability. 

You can train with Tay Fitness individually, in pairs or small groups, you could come along to one of our exercise classes. Perhaps your main goal is weight loss, why not try the ‘Kickstart’ Weight Management Program or join the Kickstart Club. If you’re looking to take your fitness to new heights then try an individual or group Tabata session or embark on a tailor-made training program.
