Tay Fitness is based in Killin but trains clients all over Perth and Kinross and the Stirling area. Specific areas currently covered include:
Killin, Kenmore, Aberfeldy, Crianlarich, Tyndrum, Callander, Bridge of Allan and Stirling.
If your town is not listed above but you live in Perth and Kinross or Stirling please get in touch and we will try our best to start training in your area.

All 3 gyms have an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as free weights. With so much equipment available you can be guaranteed that sessions will be not only fun and varied but whatever your goals are, Tay Fitness has the knowledge and equipment to help you achieve them.
