Do you have to be in great shape to take part? I don’t want to look foolish, trailing behind everyone else…
The Tay Fitness Killin 10K is open to anyone who can make it around the course. We expect the participants to be very diverse; some experienced runners who like to hurtle round the course in less than 40min, less accomplished joggers and runners trying to see if they can go the distance, and some people who want to walk round with their friends, everyone of all abilities is very welcome to take part. You know what? I like the sound of the event but running just isn’t my thing.
Fair enough, if I can’t convince you to do it but you want to get involved, you could volunteer on the day to marshal the course, operate a water station or generally ensure the smooth functioning of the event. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, please contact pete@tayfitness.com
