Tay Fitness offers a number of classes and clubs in the area for local people, which are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Why not try a circuits based class. Affordable, fun and energetic these classes will get your pulse going and improve your fitness. Circuit training is a series of approx 12 different exercise stations that a target a specific group of muscles for each exercise, a great introduction to fitness and exercise and a great workout. It is ideal for beginners as there’s lots of variety, you can take your time and you can work at your own level.
Boxercise works in a similar way to circuits but is a little more intensive as the focus is on boxing and will give your heart and lungs more of a workout! However again you need only work at your own level, so you make it as hard as you want to, its a really great class if you’ve had a stressful day!
Alternatively why not try a Tabata class. Aimed at people who exercise regularly or who are keen to get started with a ‘bang’ and have a reasonable level of fitness this class will really push you and over a period of weeks will drastically improve your fitness and help you lose any excess weight.
