One to One

We start by getting to know you in our free health consultation. Firstly, what you want to achieve, what you’ve achieved in the past, what you like doing and what you don’t, what you do now and have done, we look at your injuries and any medical conditions, your posture and your personality and what you eat and drink!

We then put a proposal together as to how we can inspire you to achieve your goals, to suit your time, budget and lifestyle.

We also assess your health, fitness, strength, posture and flexibility. We then regularly re-measure these so that we can track your progress.

In each session, you’ll get your heart rate up and improve your aerobic (using oxygen) fitness, you’ll also improve functional strength (being fit for everyday life), meaning you’ll use your body weight doing exercises that will make you fitter, stronger and more energised. So you might run, skip, row, cycle, box, swim, do steps, squats or sit ups, shoulder presses or press ups, core exercises or flexibility exercises, oh and you’ll always stretch, just to finish off the session!

We guarantee every session will be effective and enjoyable and leave you feeling fitter, stronger and more energised. One off sessions start from £30 but buy in  bulk to save money. Click HERE for details.

Small Groups

Our Personal Training services can me made available for small groups up to 4 people making it more affordable and accessible.  Please enquire for price details as these are dependent on the group size.
