Aimed at experienced gym users or people who have a history of regular exercising who may need a push in the right direction to get them started again and achieving their goals. Programming is a more affordable option for people wishing advice and input from a personal trainer but perhaps don’t need a trainer to be with them at every session.
After discussing your current health and fitness at your FREE Health Consultation a program will be emailed or posted to you and updated every 2 weeks to allow for improvements in your fitness and strength. You can email or phone Tay Fitness for as much advice and guidance as necessary whenever you need to.
