“I find the Tabata classes very useful for a number of reasons. The demands are set by your own standards and very useful in terms of rehabilitation of an injury or for extending an existing level of fitness. The sessions are informal and friendly but Pete is always professional in terms of his approach, his training knowledge and the standards he expects of each individual attending.”

“Due to working away from home I am an “irregular” at Pete’s Tabata classes. If you want ‘easy’ look elsewhere, but it is great fun and very effective. I have done many forms of exercise and sports (climbing, walking, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing for example) over the years and Tabata gives me an all over body workout in a way that nothing else has matched. Be warned that if you do it the way I do it’s a bit painful the next day, but I still come back for more when I can! I should add that it is possible to attend a class and not go flat-out – the beauty of Tabata is you work at your own level, and I’ve never felt intimidated due to my lack of fitness at any of the classes. Pete has a great approach and personality, which makes him very easy to be around. I think they are very good value classes.”
